AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
*By registering for and bidding at this auction, all buyers are verbally agreeing to and entering into a legal binding contract to all terms and conditions of the auction as follows;
*Everything is Sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Warranty’s or Guarantees are being implied, offered, or expressed on any Condition of any Items being Offered for Auction. Condition of ALL Items is the Sole Determination and Responsibility of the Buyers. JF Marketing Ltd will host one (1) open house date for onsite inspections of all cars and onsite auction items.
*All bidders must register online and have a bidder number assigned to them.
*All items are sold AS IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO exceptions.
*Payment is due WITHIN 48 HOURS of invoice. $3,500 and under invoices credit cards will be charged. Over $3,500 is Money Wire Transfer, CASH at pickup or Cashier’s Check overnight by FedEx.
*All items must be paid for before removal from auction location. Cash payment at pickup only. No checks on pickup day.
*10% Buyer Premium will be charged to all payments made in cash or check. 13% Buyer Premium will be charged to all credit card purchases to cover the additional clerking fee.
*Winning bidders will be given load out instructions and appointment times can be scheduled.
*A $20 title transfer fee will be charged by the auction company for all titles requiring a Notary Public to certify the transfer of title.
*All transport of items won are the responsibility of the buyer. There will be a $20 loading fee at the auction location for any buyer needing to have a car lifted onto a trailer or into a box truck. Vehicles may be winced up onto a trailer, otherwise a loading fee will be charged.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers agree that by placing a bid for items, NO REFUNDS, credit card chargeback’s will be Accepted by JF Marketing Ltd. All items not picked up by the last published date of pickup will be considered abandoned and may be resold at the Auction Company’s discretion. Any and all monies paid prior to pickup will be forfeited by the buyer if abandoned.
*JF Marketing Ltd, its subsidiaries, auctioneers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, volunteers, vendors, or sellers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items and/or for any accidents. Upon the online hammer drop by the auction platform the winning bidder takes ownership of all items for each lot.
*The seller is responsible for the condition of each lot to be in the same condition as auction day. Any detrimental changes to any lot will be the responsibility of the seller to return each item to its same condition as on auction day or allow buyer to refuse the purchase and receive a full refund. Minor changes will be evaluated by the Auction Company to determine if and how much damage occurred after the sale.
*Auctioneer will have final say with any and all disputes that may arise with any bidder(s). Once an item is sold on the internet the bidding on the internet will not be reopened for any reason.
*Each lot constitutes an individual auction in it’s own right. Most items will be sold Absolute but items may have a reserve at the seller’s discretion. Any reserve prices will be noted in the lot description.
