Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $10 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit/debit card on file. Bring your Own Help for Hauling / Loading. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SATURDAY, October 25, 2025) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 7.25% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $300 per lot maximum buyers premium. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
