Pennville, IN 47369 Preview - Wednesday, October 22, 2025 4:00-7:00 PM AND Saturday, October 25, 2025 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM OR by appointment (Some guns will not be at preview. If you want to preview guns that will not be there, an appointment will need to be set up in advance. Blackpower guns will be at preview). Pick up will be October 27, 2025 from 2:00-6:00 PM and Tuesday, October 28, 2025 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Pick up will be at 7851 W 400 N, Pennville, IN 47369. Statements/updates made online take precedence over any and all printed material. All Indiana and Federal laws will be followed and upheld in this auction. Wendel's Gun shop will be doing all transfer paperwork. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with the purchase of the guns. Local buyers will pick up from Wendel's Gun Shop in Berne, IN. Out of state buyers are required to ship to another FFL and complete the paperwork required with them. A valid ID will be required at pick for the local buyers and out of state buyers will have to submit one before shipping of the guns purchased. ALL FEES ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY! The transfer fee is $20/gun. If shipping is required, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. All payments must be received and cleared before any guns will be released! If shipping is required, please allow 10 business days for shipping of those guns. If you purchase other items than guns that require shipping, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees charged by More Than Mail. By marking the acceptance of terms & conditions and placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them and understands that the item is being sold as is. Please make sure that your credit card is not expired and you do not have any blocks on the card. No items will be released until payment is received. Titles will be held until payment has been received and cleared. If you choose to do a ACH/wire transfer, that information will be provided to you after the auction. SHIPPING is available from Wendel's Gun Shop to a local FFL dealer near you. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees associated with shipping. Shipping will be available for all other items. If shipping is required for farm equipment, buyer is responsible for arrangement of shipping. Shipping for other items will be handled by More Than Mail out of Bluffton, IN. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with any items that require shipping. If you need help loading items purchased at the auction, please contact us in advance.
