Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 5:00PM on Wednesday October 29th with each subsequent lot closing 30 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid, the winner will be the bidder with the bid entered first. All invoices totaling $1,000 or less will be charged to credit/debit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. Invoices of $1,000 or more may be paid via cash, check, credit/or debit card, or wire transfer. All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up or no later than Saturday November 1st @ 9:30AM Lots 350, 351 are located near Sabina, OH and availabile for inspection and pick-up by appointment Lots 291,292, 346 are titled vehicles; Buyer will pay sales tax when transfer the title Pick-up 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Saturday November 1st @ 61 Railroad St., Kingtson, OH. Pick-up can also be made by appointment on 10/30 and 10/31. There will be loader to assist with loading. Any lots remaining on site after 9:30AM on Saturday November 1st wil be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers or owners. 10% Buyer’s Premium.
