SD Deals does not warrant the condition of any lot sold. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, and neither SD DEALS nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or it's value, and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of it's value. No statement (oral or written) in lot descriptions, at the auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. Prospective bidders are HIGHLY urged to contact SD DEALS directly for detailed information regarding any lot. THERE SHALL BE NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. The maximum obligation of SD DEALS for any disputes is to refund the HAMMER price. If bidder does not understand these terms we encourage you contact us before placing any bids.
All items MUST be picked up within 5 days of auction close or will be considered abandoned and forfeited with NO REFUND after 5 consecutive days of auction close unless you make arrangements with us. A $25 late fee will be added to all invoices for items picked up after the 5 day pickup window regardless.
Stock / Internet Photo:
We use stock (internet) photo for illustration purposes only, it is the responsibility of the bidder to contact or make an appointment to physically inspect the item. We do our best to photograph as many pictures as we can to give bidders the best representation of each item. We cannot guarantee the item being sold includes all accessories, even if it states in the box. What you see in the pictures we actually take, is what you get, please do not assume you will get more than you see pictured. We encourage you to contact us and make arrangements to inspect the item(s).
Shipping Terms:
We offer shipping on all items but we do not make ourselves responsible for packaging, damages, lost packages, and handling is at the sole risk of the winning bidder.
The value of the item DOES NOT determine the shipping cost. Shipping cost is determined by weight and size of the package. We encourage bidders to contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE any bid is placed. If you are the winning bidder and do not agree with a shipping quote, it is the bidders responsibility to remove any item(s) from the auction house. All items will be considered abandoned and forfeited with NO REFUND after 7 consecutive days of auction close.
We will only ship to the address listed on the invoice.

Vista, CA has a tax percentage of 8.25%
Please Bring a copy of your invoice to pickup your item(s). If you will have someone else pickup your items, please make sure you email their full name and ensure they have a copy of your invoice.
We DO NOT assist in loading, we do not provide any labor, we do not offer any tools. Please bring proper help if you are picking up larger items.
