Maximum allowable charge on credit cards is $500 unless pre-approved. Credit cards are not accepted for titled vehicles. Sales tax applies unless Tim Slack Auction & Realty LLC is provided with a sales tax exemption form. If the buyer does not contact Tim Slack Auction & Realty LLC within 24 hours of the auction the credit card on file will be charged. Shipping is not available at all auctions. If shipping is available, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance expenses. Shipping is provided through Shipping Saint. Shipping charges include the cost of boxes, packing material, and $1 per minute charge for packing. If you bid on and win an item and shipping is not offered, you are still responsible for paying for the item. Certain items never eligible for shipping are animal mounts, any items that have ever had gas or fuel in them such as lanterns, chainsaws, small engines, etc, large or bulky items. gun powder, or very fragile items. Storage fees of $20 per day begin 5 days from auction close. Any items that are not picked up within 15 days are considered to be abandoned and become the property of Tim Slack Auction & Realty LLC. No refunds will be given, the buyer is still responsible for all storage fees. This is a soft close auction meaning if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last minute prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional minute.
