Be sure you stop by for inspection so you can bid with confidence! Buyers Premium: There is a 15% buyer’s premium added to the total of your purchase with a 5% Discount for CASH payment. The High Bidder Club is a Private Club and is open to Members only. We only sell items that belong to us. We do not sell items on behalf of other parties. You must be a Member of our Club in order to participate in our sales. You can become a Member by simply completing the registration form. Membership can be cancelled at any time as we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Registration and participation constitutes agreement to all of our Terms & Conditions. Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding. ALL items are sold as described and as pictured. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items on Friday or Saturday prior to bidding. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after payment. Items that are not paid for 10 days after the Sale End will be considered FORFEITED and will be offered to another buyer. Items paid for and not picked up within 5 business days of payment will be considered ABANDONED and sold for storage fees with no refund to buyer. All of our items feature a soft close. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close, bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the current closing time. Each person bidding assumes all responsibilities related to the sale and items obtained at the sale and agrees to hold The Seller harmless from any liability.
