PAYMENT NOTICE
All cards on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all invoice totals.
AUCTION SERVICE & NATURE OF BUSINESS
My Auction House LLC is an auction service provider specializing in the sale of goods through auction formats. We do not operate as a traditional retail store. All items sold are auctioned "as-is" and "where-is" unless explicitly stated otherwise in the item description. Buyers acknowledge and accept that their purchase constitutes participation in an auction contract, not a conventional retail purchase.
My Auction House LLC does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. Any and all warranties promised in item descriptions are void. Please be aware that the stock photos for items are used for reference; actual items may differ including, but not limited to, brand, size, or color. Please read descriptions and view pictures for more details.
PICKUP POLICY
All purchased items must be picked up within seven (7) calendar days of the auction close date. More details on pickup dates are communicated in the auction details and via email notification.
FORFEITURE & UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Any order remaining unclaimed beyond the scheduled pickup window is considered abandoned unless an extension is explicitly requested and approved by My Auction House LLC via email or text only. Abandoned items will be forfeited without refund or compensation to the buyer. By bidding and purchasing, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts these forfeiture and abandonment terms.
CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Buyers explicitly agree, by completing a purchase, that they will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on grounds of non-receipt if they fail to pick up their purchased items within the specified timeframe. The buyer expressly acknowledges responsibility for timely pickup and agrees to all applicable forfeiture policies.
PICKUP EXTENSIONS
Extensions must be requested within the pickup window and are subject to a charge. Approved extensions grant an additional seven (7) days for item pickup. Pickups originally ending on Sunday will extend to the following Sunday. A fee of $1 per item, with a minimum charge of $5, will be added to your invoice and charged to the card on file at the time of request. Items not picked up by the end of the extension window will be subject to all applicable forfeiture policies. The buyer expressly acknowledges responsibility for timely pickup.
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
ANY warranties or guarantees provided in item descriptions are null and void. We do not endorse or provide any warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, for any particular purpose of the items being auctioned. All items are sold on an "as-is" basis. Our only obligation is to ensure the item condition is as described.
ALL TVs, large furniture, vanities, bathtubs, refrigerators, BBQs, and pre-assembled items must be inspected before leaving our premises, as no refunds will be given for discrepancies or damage found afterward.
REFUNDS
Items incorrectly listed are eligible for a full refund. We must be notified within seven (7) days of pickup regarding any issues warranting returns. All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the auction close. Buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within thirty (30) days of auction close.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not share, rent, or sell your personal information to other companies or individuals unless we have your explicit consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our services or participating in auctions, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from using our services or participating in auctions.
