All out of state invoices will be charged to credit card. If you buy large items, priceles antiques, or a huge volume we will work with you on a couple extra days. YOU must communicate with Glen...VERY easy to work with. We are trying to empty property asap so please be respectful...MUCH Appreciated in advance!! **NOTE...Yes there is a forlift on site that is currently working...I cannot guarantee it will remain working so please make sure you have a "backup plan" in the event it somehow craps out. Otherwise there is assistance loading. NOTE: If you buy Large items in shop it will be MUCH easier to empty on Sunday so would recommend. **You couldn't get a better "pickup" building that this. There are FIVE overhead doors, a large 2 acre lot for easy trailer access and a HUGE drive. Bid with confidence as you truly aren't going to get an easier spot to load/remove items. **AGAIN....nvoices $500 & Under will be "Auto Charged" immediately following auction.
