If this is your first-time bidding in our auction, or you're bidding every week here is some important information you should know.
Payments:
Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you may have won. This includes a 15% buyer's premium and state sales tax.
You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process, email will include a link to make payment or payment can be made in person.
Your invoice will come from.... If you do not receive an invoice, please check you junk/spam folder.
Buyer has the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction.
Pickups:
Items cannot be paid for or picked or until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating you are the winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically an hour after the auction has concluded.
NO SHIPPING
We have 3 designated days for pickup for each Auction
Monday after the auction from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Tuesday after the auction from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday after the auction from 9:00am to 2:00pm
We are closed on Sunday.
Lots that are not paid for by the end of the pick-up period will be considered forfeit and you will be banned from bidding on auctions hosted by SSLiquidations.
Under no circumstances will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots if you do not contact us on or before the listed pick-up time. In registering for this auction, you agree to not file a chargeback on forfeited goods. It is the bidder’s responsibility to pick up their won lots within the designated pickup period listed above. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate customers who make arrangements ahead of time for pickup outside of the designated time slots.
**A Copy of the Bidders/ Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up**
**If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up**
All merchandise not removed by the Saturday following the auction at 2:00PM will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by SSLiquidtions, and no refund will be given. You may make alternate arrangements on an individual basis by emailing SSLiquidations@yahoo.com.
SSLiquidations is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle only.
Due to insurance policy, SSliquidations employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Additionally, SSLiquidations, is not responsible for any damages to items after they have left our premises. Customers are welcome to inspect their won lots prior to removal in order to point out any discrepancies for specific lot listing.
Item Conditions: All lots are described to the best of our ability. Our staff does the best to inspect each item and verify the condition.
Returns and Refunds:
We understand that mistakes happen. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able or refund, when necessary, once the item has been returned back to the location of purchase within 3 days.
Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason.
