Auction Terms & Conditions
There is a 15% buyer’s premium on all items plus 8.8% Local Sales Tax. (This means if you bid $2.00 on an item you will be charged $2.30 plus sales tax at checkout.) If you are a reseller and items are for resale and not personal use, please email your valid resellers permit prior to auction’s closing.
PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by the end of the scheduled pickup time on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval.
REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. You are expected to bring help loading and packing materials when needed. We do not provide loading services.
Removal hours: The pick-up details will be listed on each auction page. The specific address will not be revealed until the close of auction email. ***You will receive an email with pickup dates and times for each individual auction at the close of the auction.
SHIPPING: If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee per package for shipping in addition to the shipping Costs. If the items can be combined in the same package, we will adjust accordingly.
There can be up to a 14 business day shipping delay on anything requiring shipping. If you require shipping, we will do it as quickly as we are able and there is a $10.00 per box handling fee. We handle all of the shipping in house & you will receive tracking as soon as the package is ready. We do not ship large items. Shipping availability will be indicated on each lot. Insurance and delivery signature may be required depending on the value of the items being shipped. We automatically insure for up to $100 per label. Anything above that will incur the additional insurance fee unless you waive the additional insurance in writing via email.
NO SHOW: There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. If items are not picked up by the end of auction pickup time on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged a $20.00 per item disposal fee and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is," With All Faults and without any warranties as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type.
All information in the listings was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal, ACA Estate Sale Services, the advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. It is for this reason that we recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected prior to the point of sale.
