Sandy Treasure Deals Auction Terms and Conditions By participating in any online auction hosted by Sandy Treasure Deals, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Product Description Items sold through our auctions are new, open box, returned, or overstock items from major retailers. All products are sold “as is”, with no warranties, no guarantees, and no returns. Sandy Treasure Deals is not responsible for defects, missing parts, manuals, or cosmetic damage. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but some product details may be incorrect due to prior modifications made on retailer platforms. Most images are stock photos, though we also include our own pictures to show actual item condition whenever possible. 2. Auction Details     •    Auction Start & End: Auctions typically begin early in the week and now start closing at 6:00 PM on Sundays.     •    Staggered Closing: Lots close one by one with short intervals, giving buyers a chance to bid on multiple items.     •    Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed in the final seconds of a lot, additional time is added automatically. The lot closes when no further bids are received.     •    Notifications & Payment: If you win, you will receive an email confirmation and your card on file will be charged automatically. 3. Pricing, Fees & Bidding     •    No Fixed Prices: All items are sold via auction; no direct sales are available.     •    Fees:     •    A 12% Buyer’s Premium is applied to every winning bid.     •    A $2.50 Lot Fee is charged per lot won.     •    Sales Tax is added where applicable by law.     •    Reserve Prices: Some high-value items may have a reserve price (a minimum amount required for the item to sell). If the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold — even if you’re the highest bidder. In some cases, we may still choose to honor the highest bid at our discretion. You may see “You may have won,” but the item is only confirmed sold when the reserve is met or manually approved.     •    Buyer Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to evaluate each item. Retail prices shown are for reference only. Carefully review photos and descriptions before placing a bid. 4. Sale Conditions     •    All Sales Are Final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.     •    Item Condition: Items may be used, incomplete, missing parts, or damaged. Please bid accordingly. 5. Pickup Location: Sanford, Florida Pickup Times: Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, except Tuesdays when we’re open until 7 PM. Pickup Policy: Only the winning bidder may pick up, unless prior approval is given. No Shipping Missed Pickup: Items not picked up within the scheduled timeframe will be considered abandoned. Payment will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Buyer Responsibility You are responsible for:     •    Checking your email for your invoice.     •    Ensuring your payment is processed successfully.     •    If your card fails, you will receive an invoice with instructions to pay online before pickup. Unpaid invoices will result in automatic cancellation of your order. We do not accept in-person payments at the pickup location. 7. System Failures Sandy Treasure Deals reserves the right to cancel, reopen, or modify an auction in the event of system or website errors. 8. Payment & Restocking Fees     •    Automatic Payment: All invoices are charged automatically at auction close using the card on file.     •    Failed Payments: If your card is declined, payment must be submitted online before pickup.     •    Restocking Fee: Any unpaid invoice is subject to a restocking fee equal to the buyer’s premium, with a minimum of $5. 9. Limitation of Liability Sandy Treasure Deals is not responsible for:     •    Product condition after pickup.     •    Property damage during pickup.     •    Issues discovered after purchase. 10. Modifications These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on the auction site and will apply to all future transactions. 11.
