PLEASE READ ALL OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU AGREE TO THEM ****WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA**** REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on Hibid. We have the right to refuse any bidder PAYMENT - Etransfer preferred or pay in person when you pick up by Cash, Debit, Mastercard or Visa INVOICES MUST BE PAID BY WEDNESDAY AT 6 P.M. Pick up on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Items not picked up on time are subject to a Storage fee of $5.00 per day per item. If you need shipping you must pay your Invoice by etransfer first and then the shipper will contact you BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Cash, Debit & etransfer and 18% Buyers Premium for Visa & Mastercard plus 13% HST applies to all purchases. BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops. INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - Invoices are emailed Monday after the Auction. Check your junk mail if you don't receive it. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the time specified. If you see " YOU MAY HAVE WON" on an item then you won it and should receive an Invoice. Call us on Tuesday if you do not get an Invoice - We do not know it you got one or not. Some emails aren't always received. Check your junk mail too. We are happy to work on an alternate pick up day however payment must be made by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday. If you paid by etransfer call 90 5-324-1868 with your BID# when you arrive Come in the glass doors to pay by Debi ,Credit Card or Cash - no need to call in first Items paid for and not picked up within one week from the date of the auction ending will be considered abandoned and will be resold for storage fees. Once your Invoice payment is received your items will go to the shippers They will pick up items at the auction on Thursday . Please pay your Invoice promptly so you receive your packages faster. They will contact you for shipping address and payment for shipping. PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING Canadian Invoice must be paid by etransfer. WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING TO THE USA
