Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE 1. Winning bidder must make arrangements for pickup within 1 week of auction close and payment within 24 hours of auction close. After that time, the card on file will be charged. If payment is not received within that time period, buyer may be banned from participating in future auctions. If item(s) is not picked up 1 week after auction end, the buyer will be charged a non-refundable $5 per item storage fee. 2. Condition. The Property shall be sold as is, un-repaired, WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, as to any matter. Prospective bidders rely solely on their independent investigation in purchasing the Property. Successful bidders will release Auction Brokers, Inc. from all claims and liabilities regarding the condition of the Property. 3. Handling and loading of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will only release items to buyers with a paid copy of the auction invoice. Once the items have been paid for, they are the responsibility of the buyer and buyer agrees to hold harmless Auction Brokers, Inc. from any claims of damage or loss. 4. By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract which requires you to complete payment and removal of purchase(s) if you are the highest bidder. Your bid will not be reversed or deleted upon the completion of the bid process. All Sales are Final - No Returns. 5. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of the client or seller. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or averse comments they feel are not in the best interest of the seller. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse bids from any buyer at their sole discretion. 6. Item Forfeiture. Items not picked up after 7 days after auction close will be deemed abandoned and forfeit. No refunds will be issued. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to dispose forfeited items as we see fit. 7. 15% buyers premium on each item purchased. 8. Purchaser will pay all legal state sales tax, unless exemption requirements are met. 9. Notifications: Just like you, we are not fans of spam texts, but do like reminders and we think you might too! We (Auction Brokers) will send notifications to remind you the auction is ending. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, Text HELP for help, STOP to opt-out. 10. Shipping is available only on select lots as indicated. Shipping charges are not included in the bid price and will be added to the invoice at the end of auction and charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to ship items at our discretion that are not picked up after 48 hours of auction end. These LOTS will be shipped to the address on file. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for LOT and applicable shipping charges after 24 hours of auction end unless other payment and/or pickup arrangements have been agreed upon prior. 11. Payment may be made by cash, Venmo, Wire Transfer or debit and credit cards. Cash payments receive a 4% discount, but must be completed within 24 hours of auction end. Debit and credit cards are accepted. The credit card on file will be automatically charged after 24 hours unless other payment arrangements have been made prior to the end of the 24 hour time period. Item(s) will not be released to buyer until balance due by buyer is made in full. Any payment received will be applied to the oldest balance and will not be refunded. Auction Brokers, Inc reserves the right to take collection actions on any unpaid balance. Cash payments over $10,000 will be required to complete an IRS form 8300. NOTE: Any Coins or purchases over $500 that require shipping must be paid via wire transfer or we may require detailed identification, including front and back of matching license, credit card, etc.
