Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 4:00PM on Thursday October 30th @ 4PM with with each subsequent lot closing 30 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid, the winner will be the bidder with the bid entered first.
All invoices totaling $1,000 or less will be charged to credit/debit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. Invoices of $1,000 or more may be paid via cash, check, credit/or debit card, or wire transfer. All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up or no later than Saturday November 1st @ Noon
Pick-up Friday October 31st from 4:00 to 4:30PM. Items located in Washington C.H. will be by appointment only. Any lots remaining on site after 9:30AM on Saturday November 8th wil be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers or owners.

All items are being sold as-is where-is. Buyers shall either satisfy themselves to condition through personal inspection or waive their right to a personal inspection prior to the sale.
Lots 1 is titled vehicle in an Estate, Title must be signed by probate and it may be 2-3 weeks before you get the title.. Buyer will pay sales tax when transfer titles. No tax charged on other items under agricultural exemption. Lot 2 has Certificate of origin; Lots 3,4 & 6 have titles on hand; Buyer is responsible for any sales tax when trasnfer title.
