All items must be picked up within 7 days of the auction closing or they will be forfeited. Pickups will be available from Wednesday-Monday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Items not claimed within this time frame will be forfeited with no refunds, and we won't hold anything beyond 7 days. You are responsible for the removal of the items. When requesting assistance with loading, you acknowledge that Flips and Bidz is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from loading, securing or transportation of purchased items during or after pickup process.

Accepted payment methods are credit cards. Payments through cash apps are accepted upon approval and contact. A 12.50% buyers premium 3% processing fee 9.5% tax will apply to all purchases. All payments must be made in full before any items are removed, and the card on file will be charged at the end of the auction. Please ensure you register with the card you wish to use. A 1$ temporary charge will be applied during registration to verify your card, which will be refunded.

All items are sold "as-is, where-is," with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Flips and Bidz makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of item descriptions, images, or condition reports. We invite all bidders to stop by Wednesday - Monday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to check out the items in person, inspect their condition, and get a real sense of their quality before bidding. Also, you can reach us out to get more condition information about the particular lot you are interested in prior to placing a bid.
Buyers assume all risks associated with the purchase, use, transport, and resale of items.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior or during pickup. Once an item is purchased, the buyer waives any claims against Flips and Bidz regarding its condition, usability, or value.
By purchasing, the buyer agrees that Flips and Bidz, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from:
1. The use, transport, or resale of any purchased item.
2. Errors or omissions in item listings, descriptions, or images.
3. Any defect, malfunction, or safety issue related to the purchased item.
By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
***RETURN POLICY***
We are committed to accuracy in our listings and transparency in item conditions. If an item is incorrectly listed, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you notify us within 7 days of pickup. If the item's condition differs from what is stated in the listing title or description and is not the correct one in the provided images, we will issue a full refund upon return.
