Driving Directions: Coming from Columbus, OH (eastbound), take Exit 204 (Egypt Valley/Lady Bin Hill) off of I70. Turn right at bottom of hill. At stop sign turn right. Auction is 1 minute down National Rd. As soon as you get to top of hill. Coming from Wheeling, WV (westbound), take Exit 208 (Morristown/ Union Local Schools). Turn right onto OH 149N. Go through the lights past the school and at the stop sign turn left onto US 40 W/National Rd. Travel for about 3 miles.
Buyers Premium: 10% buyers premium on all online purchases. No in-person buyers premium (4% if paying by credit card). Cash or good check, fee is waived. $2,500 or more-wire transfer required. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 4:30PM ON NOVEMBER 7TH, 2025. *After Friday it is a $100 lot charge per day. *If sending semi, we can work with you on pickup timeframes. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. 9.The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the property listed or to sell at this sale property not listed, and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all the property listed, in bulk. 10.Dispute between bidders: The auctioneer`s decision will be final and absolute. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. 11. The auctioneer is acting as an independent contractor only and is not responsible for the acts of its principals or sellers. 12.The auctioneer may add other terms and conditions of sale, such additional terms and conditions to be announced prior to the auction. 13.The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
