* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed.
* Bidder inspection is highly encouraged.
* By placing a bid, Bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Further, the Bidder is not relying upon any statement (verbal or written) made by the Auctioneer, any representative of the auction company, or the Consignor as it relates to the condition of the item.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* All times provided are Mountain Standard Time (MST).
* Wyoming sales tax of 6% will be added to all transactions unless they are titled vehicles, or the bidder has proper documentation of tax exemption.
* Buyer's premium rate of 10% will be charged to all transactions (note some items will have adjusted Buyer Premiums which will be noted in their descriptions).
* There are NO additional surcharges or convenience fees. Cash, credit and debit cards, or other certified funds are all accepted. A 2% discount will be given to Bidders that pay with cash.
* WE ARE NOT A STORAGE COMPANY. All items must be paid for and picked up during the Checkout Times listed unless otherwise previously arranged with the Auctioneer. If Bidder fails to make arrangements for pick-up and/or payment (that is acceptable to Auctioneer) prior to the end of Checkout, the Auctioneer has the sole discretion to void the transaction. Items not paid for by 1p.m. (MST) on October 11th, 2025, will be charged an additional $5 or 2% of the total amount owed (whichever is greater) per day until paid in full, starting and including October 11th, 2025. Items not claimed by Bidders by the end of the auction pick-up period, unless otherwise arranged, will be charged a separate $30 or 2% of the total amount owed (whichever is greater) handling and storage fee per day. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP by Tuesday, October 15th. If the Bidder fails to pick up their items by the end of day on 15th, the item(s) will be disposed of by the auction company and NO REFUNDS will be given for the purchases or any additional fees which were incurred for failing to obtain items.
* It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the Auctioneer to make any special arrangements. It is solely at the descretion of the Auctioneer as to whether special arrangements for pick-up are acceptable.
* Shipping will be available. We use AMBI, a local shipping company to send all items at the expense of the bidder. Please contact us at bigwyomingauctions@gmail.com if you have any additional questions.
* A court of Natrona Co., Wyoming will be used for dispute resolution.
* We reserve the right to extend, postpone, cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures, other technical difficulties, or for any reason the auctioneer deems necessary.
* Some items may be regulated by State or Federal laws. If an item requires a buyer to be of a minimum age, an ID will be required at pick-up for verification.
