1. Currency & Bidding • All bids must be placed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). • Bidders are responsible for monitoring auction progress and placing bids in a timely manner. • All bids are final and cannot be retracted once submitted. • Items are sold as per notes description. It is buyer’s responsibility to read notes before bdding. 2. Buyer’s Premium, Taxes & Fees • A 12% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price. • Applicable taxes will be applied to the final total (e.g., HST/GST/PST as per Ontario law). 3. Payment • Payment is due immediately upon auction close and will be charged to the card on file or via e-transfer if agreed upon before auction closes. • Invoices issued may include itemized breakdowns: Bid Price, Buyer’s Premium, taxes, handling fees, etc. • Accepted payment methods typically include Credit/Debit (Visa, MasterCard), E-transfer. 4. Invoices & Notifications • Invoices will be sent post-auction and include all details (bid, buyer’s premium, tax, total) • Separate email notifications issued for pick-up scheduling. Use https://pickup.rhauctions.ca/ for scheduling pick up. 5. Pick-Up • Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario. • Pickup Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM. (may change) • Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. • Items must be picked up within 5 days of auction close. • No-show items (those not picked up or without communicated delays) will be discarded with no refund. • Auctioneer reserves the right to re-auction uncollected items after 5 days—please note this overlapping guidance to encourage timely pick-up. 6. Item Condition & Returns • Items are described as “Like New”, but may be missing small components (e.g., screws, dowels, nuts). Functionality remains intact. • Minor scratches, dents, or washable stains may be present; descriptions in the comment section should be reviewed carefully. • Returns are accepted only if the item condition significantly deviates from its description and must be requested within 72 hours of pick-up. • Items must be returned in the same condition and at the same address. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. 7. Photos and Descriptions • Item photos are subject to limitations and may not reflect exact size or colour. Descriptions take precedence—review them thoroughly to verify size, color, or other specifics. 8. Legal & Platform Disclaimer • All sales are final. Bids placed constitute binding contracts under Ontario law—no cancellations or chargebacks allowed HiBid+1. • HiBid operates as a platform only—not as an auctioneer or agent. All transactions, disputes, and item descriptions are solely between buyer and seller HiBid+1. 9.
