Item Condition & Inspection All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Lotz Club does not guarantee product descriptions, condition accuracy, completeness, or functionality. All sales are final. We classify item conditions as follows: A: Open box, like-new or minimally used, fully functional. B: Lightly used, fully functional, minor cosmetic wear. C: Moderate wear, may have cosmetic imperfections, tested working. D: Heavily used or cosmetic damage, but tested functional. F (Missing Parts): Item may be functional but missing parts or accessories. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the condition grade listed before bidding. We highly recommend inspecting items in person prior to purchase. A test area is available at our pickup location for customers to inspect and verify items before taking them. Once an item has been picked up, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. 2. Pickup Policy All items must be picked up within 14 calendar days after the auction closes.
