Auction Terms & Conditions Terms: THIS IS A SIMIULCAST ONLINE / LIVE AUCTION !
Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Schneider Auction Service shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarantees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarantee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgement by appt.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 5% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $1,000.00, at checkout you will be charged $1,050.00.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment will be cash, credit card or wire transfer due at 2nd business day of close of auction.
SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED.
LOAD OUT: Pickup/load out day will be Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 12 PM to 6 PM or by appointment with Schneider Auction Service and the seller. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY OCTOBER 31, 2025 OR ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH AUCTION COMPANY AND SELLER.
Buyer is responsible for picking up, loading out and removing all purchased items(s), at Buyer's risk and expense, within the time specified above (but not before payment in full). If any purchased item is not paid for and removed (or paid for but not removed) within the time specified above, the buyer agrees to pay a storage fee of $25 per day until the item is paid for in full and removed, plus any damages and/or expenses including attorney fees incurred by the seller and/or the auction company I connection with or resulting from buyer's breach.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Schneider Auction Service will have a forklift available to assist in loading heavy items. A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases!
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding. NOTE - Lots are not considered sold until the ENTIRE auction has been closed and invoiced.
NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTION SERVICE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
Warranty and Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
