Auction Terms & Conditions * Payment is due when picking up your item(s). The method of payment is by E-transfer, debit, Visa, or Mastercard only. Payment can be made ahead of time by E-transfer, to save you time at the time of pickup at admin@premiumauctions.ca. If you require shipping, the only method of payment is by E-transfer (admin@premiumauctions.ca). Your E-transfer needs to be received and confirmed before your items are released to the shipping company. * All unpaid invoices will be automatically charged on the Monday Morning following the auction that closed on Wednesday before, with the credit card on file. Your item(s) will be restocked, and the 15% restocking fee will be applied to your account. Our 8% buyers premium is non-refundable. * If someone else is picking up your item(s), you will need to inform us, and payment is then required by E-transfer, before your item(s) can be released. Your E-transfer needs to be received and confirmed before someone else picks up your items. * If you require shipping, the only method of payment is by E-transfer. Your E-transfer needs to be received and confirmed before your items are released to the shipping company. * E transfers must be confirmed and cleared by Premium Auctions Management before items can leave our location. * Premium Auctions will not accept Visa or Mastercard payment information over the phone, by text, or by email. * Items need to be picked up(or shipping needs to be set up with Pkg Place) within the schedule set by Premium Auctions through Sign Up Genius. Failure to pick up item(s) within the scheduled time will result in a 15% restocking fee. * Premium Auctions will not accept Amex or Discover Credit Cards. * A government-issued photo ID is required for everyone picking up item(s). * All bids are final. * All items are sold as is, where is no exceptions. * All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. * All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any questions, please contact us. * An 8% buyer’s premium will be added to every item purchased. * All items are to be picked up during normal pickup times designated by Premium Auctions. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to a 15% restocking fee; this fee will be applied to the settlement/invoice amount. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they can remove items. * SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE. BUYER ARRANGES SHIPPING * All of our auctions have a soft close. * Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. * While descriptions are believed to be accurate, neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Premium Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. * Any Announcements made on the day of the sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyer’s Premium May Apply. * Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond its control. Internet bidders, be aware that due to the nature of the internet, transmission delays could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds, but is not responsible for the final result of delays. *Premium Auctions may allow returns on a case-by-case basis, but generally, auction sales are final, according to Premium Auctions policy. Returns are typically permitted only for gross misrepresentation of an item’s description. * Any returns allowed by Premium Auctions must be returned within 3 days from when the item was picked up, with no exceptions. * Any credit will consist of the hammer price of the item and the applicable tax; the buyer’s premium will not be credited. * Any items allowed to be returned by Premium Auctions will have the credit of that item applied as a credit to the customer account for future use at Premium Auctions towards future purchases. *U.S.A. Buyers are responsible for any expenses at the border related to having their item(s) shipped to them.
