TrueNorth Auction Inc. – Terms & Conditions of Sale
By registering and bidding in this auction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions in full.
1. Auction Overview
Seller: TrueNorth Auction Inc.
Pickup Location: Unit 51, 6923 Steeles Ave. West, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6T6 (Backside Entrance)
Pickup: By appointment only. A scheduling link will be sent via email after the auction ends.
Deadline: Items must be picked up within 5 days of auction closing. After this, uncollected items are considered abandoned with no refund.
2. Condition of Items & Final Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, and no returns under any circumstances except as outlined in Section 3.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees.
TrueNorth Auction Inc. reserves the full right to accept or cancel bids.
All goods are sourced from Amazon overstock and shelf pulls and are in new or like-new condition unless otherwise specified.
Strictly No Changes or Returns For:
Wrong size or measurements
Wrong color or model variations
Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, or dents (including during pickup/moving)
Packaging damage, missing packaging, or missing non-critical parts (e.g., screws, manuals, retail inserts)
Buyer’s personal opinion on condition (e.g., “like new” vs. “used”)
Once an item leaves the facility, the sale is final.
3. Return & Discrepancy Policy (Strictly Limited)
Returns or refunds will only be considered if reported within 2 days of pickup or delivery, and only under the following conditions:
Item was incorrectly listed (wrong product/model)
Manufacturer defect not described in listing
Missing critical, non-replaceable components not noted
Significant damage not disclosed in photos or description
Product subject to a manufacturer recall
All claims must include detailed photos and documentation. TrueNorth Auction Inc. reserves the right to decline claims not meeting these conditions.
4. Bidding & Buyer Responsibility
All bidders must register using a valid credit card in their own name.
Bidders are fully responsible for all bids placed under their account.
No bid retractions or cancellations are permitted.
All purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of auction close.
5. Fees & Payment
Buyer’s Premium: 14% of the hammer price (plus HST)
Handling Fee: $1.50 per lot
Accepted Payments: Credit card, debit card, or cash (notify us immediately if you plan to pay in cash)
6. Pickup Requirements & Liability
Pickup Location: Unit 51, 6923 Steeles Ave. West, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6T6 (Backside Entrance)
If the door is closed upon arrival, call the number in your confirmation email.
the credit card used for registration may be required before release.
Inspect all items before leaving. No claims will be accepted after departure.
Buyers are responsible for:
Bringing help/equipment for pickup
Loading and transporting their purchases safely
TrueNorth Auction Inc. assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses during pickup.
7. Indemnification
All buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueNorth Auction Inc., its employees, agents, and consignors from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities related to participation in the auction, items purchased, or handling/removal of items.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above. Please review each listing thoroughly and ask questions before bidding.
