All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEE unless otherwise stated.
All items can be previewed in person on Friday October 3rd from 12pm to 1pm. Items will normally begin being posted online on Monday the week of the auction and can be bid on immediately. Items will begin closing on Friday October 3rd at 7pm. They will close in numerical order every 45 seconds.
The auction will operate with a soft close. This means that any bid received with 45 seconds or less remaining will make the clock add 45 seconds to give bidders a chance to put a new bid in before time expires.
Once the auction is complete bidders will receive an email letting them know which items they won and lost and their total. This email is the official calling of items won in the auction. Screenshots of the clock at zero while you are the winning bidder does not qualify you as the winner due to potential computer and internet processing issues.
All items won in the auction must be paid for and picked up on Saturday October 4th between 9am and 4pm no exceptions. Anyone who fails to fully pay for the items they won and remove all items from the premises of DLB Discount Resale will be banned from bidding in future auctions. This includes boxes and packaging associated with your items. The entire lot that you won must be removed. No items or packaging can be left in the parking lot, auction area, or thrown in DLB trashcans.
It is the bidders responsibility to bring adequate tools, manpower, and loading equipment to disassemble items won and remove them from the building / load in vehicle. We do not load auction items. DLB Discount Resale does not guarantee they will be able to provide boxes, bags, and packaging for your items. Be prepared with your own packaging material.
Not receiving an email with items won or a total does not make you exempt from the rules of pickup or payment. It is the bidders responsibility to contact DLB or come into the store to verify that they have or have not won items.
We accept cash and card for payment. No checks. Payment is only accepted in person at DLB Discount Resale on pickup day.
A buyers premium of 10% will be added to the total of the winning bid amounts. 7% sales tax will be added to the total of bid amounts plus buyers premium when you checkout unless we are presented with or have a valid tax exempt form on file.
DLB Discount Resale is not responsible for issues with internet, software, or devices that may prevent you from bidding, delay bidding, or cause any other technical difficulties with the bidding process. In the event the auction has a major technical problem before or during the auction DLB may decide to cancel or reschedule the auction thus canceling all current bids.
DLB Discount Resale is not responsible for any mistakes or errors in the auction listings. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the photos, title, and description of auction lots.
We do not ship any items won in our auction.
Placing a bid in an auction with DLB Discount Resale is a legally binding agreement.
