Terms & Conditions
1. Online Buyer's Premium: 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap. No buyer's premium for onsite bidders.
2. Payment Terms: Purchases must be paid for within 3 business days of the auction. We accept Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Cards (up to $5,000). All credit card payments include a 4% fee. A photo copy of driver's license will be required for all out of state buyers paying with check.
Invoices will be emailed by the business morning after the auction closes. Please call us if you have not received your invoice. No items will be released until payment is received in full.
3. Preview: Preview will be available Mon, Oct 27 to Fri, Oct 31. (8:00AM - 4:00pm)
4. Checkout and Pickup: Checkout will be Mon, Nov 3 to Wed, Nov 5. (8:00AM - 4:00pm) Purchased items not picked up during posted pickup days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold by Rohrer Auction Co. (Unless arrangements have been made prior to last pickup day.) No refunds will be given for items not picked up.
5. Communication: Please, kindly refrain from Sunday calls.
6. Shipping: Rohrer Auction Co will provide shipping only for items that can be shipped via UPS or USPS packages. Buyer is responsible for all freight shipping, but Rohrer Auction Co will assist with loading.
7. All Sales Are Final: If you have the last bid on an item, you have entered a legally binding contract to purchase the item. We do not accept returns so please bid accordingly.
8. Warranty: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. Descriptions or any oral statements made by the Owner (or his agents or officers) or the Auctioneers (or his agents or officers) concerning any item shall not be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied.
9. Item Descriptions: At Rohrer Auction Co we try to the best of our ability to give accurate information, but any and all information is subject to error. We will attempt to correct any errors discovered before the lot sells, but we assume no liability for the accuracy of item descriptions. If you, the buyer, are relying fully on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding and determine what you believe the item being offered is. There are no refunds for Buyer's Remorse. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter
10. Reserves: Rohrer Auction Co holds the right to set a reserve price on any item offered for sale unless the auction is advertised as "Absolute".
11. Not Liable for Accidents: Rohrer Auction Co is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred in connection with the auction or on the auction yard.
