You must send the UPS Store a copy of your invoice, and your shipping address must match the address on file with Hibid before we can release your items for shipping and packing. If you are out of state and/or are purchasing jewelry, gold, silver, or other items at our discretion, we have several requirements before we can release your items for shipping. 1.
