Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. All online bidders who select shipping will be charged shipping to the credit card on file at time of registration. 6. No cancellations or changes permitted of any kind after the auction has concluded. 7.All items must be brought to the auction stage to be considered sold- items not sold through live event will be considered PASSED 8. A winning bid is not the same as a WON bid. Due to time constraints it is likely many items will not be SOLD through the live event and these will be considered PASSED.

Credit card required for registration- All bidders will be charged to the card on file and invoiced at close of event. Declined credit cards will be given 24 hours to complete payment or items will be forfeit and buyer will be prohibited from future auction events.

Shipping charges are direct fees from the carriers and receive our nationwide shipping discounts and rates. Shipping fees are non negotiable, however customer may send in their own preferred carrier if they prefer. Shipping will be billed directly to the card on file if requested at registration. Shipping provided is Curbside Only. Shipping damages must be noted on the ORIGINAL bill of lading at time of delivery to qualify for Claim. Signed in good condition will result in no adjustments or replacements.
