ITEM PICK-UP: Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring needed packing material and boxes, along with assistance to remove heavy items and tools for dismantling.
Item Removal: All items must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up date. If other arrangements are necessary, please contact site manager via email at offmainllc@gmail.com. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location, no items will be released without a paid email receipt. If your item/s are not removed on scheduled pick-up dates, Off Main reserves the right to resell your items (even if your items are paid in full). Items must be picked up the day following the auction or it will be considered abandoned.
All items are able to be shipped through 3rd party shipping.
Please contact The Village post for quotes, after receiving your items they typically ship within a few days.
