WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item, without any implied or expressed warranty by Off Main LLC. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Measurements are written as Width-Depth-Height. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please inspect the item or bid accordingly. You are bidding on the described item not the photo. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Bidders. Any rights of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The laws of the state of Ohio shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Ohio. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 18% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. CASH BUYERS: There is 3% Buyers Premium discount if items are paid for in cash. Please let us know if you plan on paying cash while registering. TAX: All sales are charged Ohio sales tax unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided prior to sale. Please let us know if you are tax-exempt while registering. Auction previews are on Monday 12-4pm, the day of the auction by appointment only, please call or email me to set something up. PAYMENT: Credit cards will ALWAYS be charged at the end of the auction. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. If your payment is declined at the end of the sale Off Main reserves the right to resell your item. At the conclusion of the auction you will be sent an INVOICE email with a total of the items you won. ITEM PICK-UP: Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring needed packing material and boxes, along with assistance to remove heavy items and tools for dismantling. Item Removal: All items must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up date. If other arrangements are necessary, please contact site manager via email at offmainllc@gmail.com. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location, no items will be released without a paid email receipt. If your item/s are not removed on scheduled pick-up dates, Off Main reserves the right to resell your items (even if your items are paid in full). Items must be picked up the day following the auction or it will be considered abandoned. All items are able to be shipped through 3rd party shipping.
