All credit cards will be charged at the end of day on Tuesdays (Pick up day) for anything not picked up. A $25 late storage fee will be added to your total if you do not pick up on Tuesday or fail to schedule a pick up. Items not picked up will be held for 1 week then will be disposed of. ES Sales LLC offers shipping as a courtesy to customers, but are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. If shipping is requested the bidder assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged goods. A fixed warehouse handling fee of $10 will be added to your total along with actual shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with their order. We ship via the United States Post Office, at our discretion If we determine your shipment cannot be shipped via the post office you will be required to email us a prepaid shipping label for UPS or Fedex. Payments are due at pickup via cash or credit card. Please be aware that your credit card company may have a limit per transaction. ES Sales LLC has a 10% buyers premium for all online auction purchases. Lots are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Bidders have the option to inspect the items to their satisfaction. Inspection day is Wednesday 10/1/2025 from 10am to 3pm CST. By placing a bid the bidder agrees they are satisfied with the item. The auction is conducted with reserves, accordingly ES SALES LLC reserves the following rights. The right to deny bids or buyers for any and all reasons. The right to pull any item from the auction during the sale or refuse sale of item after auction has ended. The right of ES SALES LLC and its agents to conduct the auction with reserves. The right of ES SALES LLC and its agents to bid on lots sold in the auction. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction that ES Sales LLC conducts you are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms and conditions. Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be NO charge backs or disputes of your winning bid purchases. Please make sure all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with representation before you place your bid. Bids will be before sales tax. By Missouri law "12 CSR 10-103.210, Section 4 effective March 30th 2005. If you are tax exempt you must provide a tax exempt certificate before taxes will be taken off". You are required to pay Missouri Sales tax on all bid purchases. If you are paying with a credit card 4% of the total transaction amount will be charged to your credit card as a credit card fee. The minimum amount to pay with a card is $3.50. It is the bidders responsibility to keep the information on their HiBid account accurate and up to date, this includes credit card information, addresses etc. All unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card registered with HiBid and will include the 4% transaction fee along with a $25 late fee. IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY WINNING BID LOTS. The best way to do this is by checking the Hibid website under "past bids" to see what items you won. ES SALES LLC will make all efforts to email invoices to customers, but this is not the preferred way to verify winning bid lots. Some email providers have these blocked so DO NOT RELY on a sent invoice to verify winning bids. Be sure to always check your junk mailbox or make sure you do not have hibid emails blocked.
