All items are sold “As Is, Where Is” without warranty, expressed or implied. Statements made on the day of sale supersede all printed material. All sales are final, and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition and usefulness of the items purchased. While we attempt to describe items accurately, descriptions are provided to the best of our ability and often rely on information from consignors. Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us.
All purchases will be shipped within 2-4 days following payment confirmation.
By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card provided at registration. Failure to honor a bid may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (processed through Global Pay). We do not accept checks or cashier’s checks.
All property is sold without warranties of any kind. Neither Gild Gather DBA Greg Gray Antiques and Collectibles LLC nor the consignors make any guarantees as to description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.
The auction house owners, employees, and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in the sale. The auctioneer and seller are not liable for defects or conditions of the premises where the sale is held, including personal injury, fire, or theft.
If conditions of sale are not met, remedies may include (1) resale of property with the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus costs, or (2) cancellation of the sale, with forfeiture of any payments made. Auctioneer’s commission and incidental damages will apply.
Auctioneer acts solely as an agent for the consignors.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be filed in Wood County, Texas courts.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gild Gather DBA Greg Gray Antiques and Collectibles LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from participation in the auction or purchase of goods. Buyer will not hold the auction house responsible for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to the purchase, before, during, or after the sale.
