Credit Card Users will be charged and extra 3.5% for card fees. This includes local pick up. THERE IS NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION. All these terms apply to any items that are delivered. Make sure your current address matches up with the address on HIBID. We will ship to the address that is on file with HIBID. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address. We will charge you additional shipping if an item is returned to us and we have to ship it again to you. Premier Auction Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SHIPPED THAT ARE BROKEN, DAMAGED, STOLEN OR LOSS. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All our shipping is done through the UPS or USPS unless large items or otherwise directed. Please note that shipping times are getting longer during peak shipping season. Large Signs are subject to another charge for the insulation board we will purchase to ship them safely in. Depending on size of sign will determine how much board we have to use. All winning bidders within 100 miles of Ellis KS are considered local pickup unless the winning bidder contacts Premier Auction Company for shipping. If you are a local buyer we will email you with the pickup address within 24 hours after the auction is closed. We often can deliver to Kansas as well as Colorado. We will charge a fee for delivery that we will agree on with you prior to delivery. Out of State Buyers & WINNING BIDS left past pickup date Will Have Their Items mailed out through USPS or UPS. A second charge for shipping and handling will be placed on the credit/debit on file with HiBid. WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED ARE SUBJECT TO USPS OR UPS POSTAGE AND A $5 HANDLING CHARGE PER SMALL MAILING BOX. MEDIUM BOXES WILL BE SHIPPED MOST OFTEN UPS WITH A $10 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. AND ALL LARGE BOXES WILL BE CHARGED $15 PER BOX. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WILL BE CHARGED ON A SECOND CHARGE TO YOUR HiBid DEBIT/CREDIT CARD FOR POSTAGE AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. Example: If you buy 5 lots that fit into one smaller mailing box you will only be charged $5 for handling plus the actual shipping cost (plus insurance if necessary) through usps or ups. 2nd Example: You buy 5 lots that fit into one small box and one large box. This auction will soft close on Tuesday beginning at 6:30 PM Central Time. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. Timed auctions use a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. If there is a bid in the last minute of a timed auction, the item will remain open for an additional two minutes after the latest bid, this is not the case in a simulcast live auction.
