R&B Canada Auctions does not provide warranties, guarantees or exchange privileges. All items are sold in an "As-is Where-is" basis. As a condition of registration, all prospective bidders agree that they have the capacity to independently contract with R&B Canada's on any purchases made. This will require each registrant to have reached the age of majority and acknowledge that they are at least eighteen years of age. What we are at R&B Canada Auctions, our mission is to provide you with the best products at the price that you want. We are an online Auction that features various products such as tools, electronics, household items, health & beauty, home and kitchen appliances, and many more!! Some are sealed, new and some are open boxes. We have a large team that inspects every item to make sure that it is in working condition, and to list the accurate description, and if it is missing any pieces or parts we would include in the description. Please be mindful that we are not a retail store that sells only new products, so please make sure to check the description, as we will always mention any discrepancies there. Should you have any questions or concerns, we will always find solutions for them, and will make sure to provide you with the absolute best customer service! 2. Registration: 2.1 Information Accuracy: It is important to provide accurate information in relation to your credit card. The address on file must match the billing address on your file for payment to go through. 2.2 Hi-bid Score: At the time of registration, your HIBID reputation score will determine whether you are approved to bid in our auctions or not. If your score is below 0 or there are negative notes from other auctioneers, you will not get approved to bid with our auction. 2.3 Remember that when you register for R&B Canada's Timed Online Auction your registration name will appear on the invoice if you make a purchase. REGISTER in the name that is to appear on your invoice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND AS SUCH ALL INVOICES ARE FINAL. NO INVOICE or BIDDER REGISTRATION will be changed or altered after the fact, in any way. Once the bidder registration form has been completed online in full and submitted, and you have been approved to bid by R&B Canada, you will then have confirmed and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. R&B Canada Inc. (as the Auctioneers) reserve the right to approve a registration, refuse a registration for bidding and/or revoke the respective registration at any time. 3. Bidding: 3.1 Final Bids: All registered bidders are held personally liable and financially responsible for any and all bids placed with their respective "Bidding Number". By virtue of you accepting R&B Canada's Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are agreeing to pay the bid amount, in addition to the Buyer's Premium and HST, within the timeline dictated by the Auctioneer. Bidders may be exempt from certain taxes, only on condition that they can provide appropriate proof to R&B Canada's that they have an exception status for that item. This may take the form of a status card or bill of lading. 3.2 Right to add or delete: R&B Canada Auctions has a right to add or delete any lots during the Auction. 3.3 Item description: We usually describe all, and any information related to the product in our description, and we usually provide actual pictures of our products unless it is sealed. Please scroll through all photos and read descriptions. Any catalogue description of equipment and/or lot(s) is merely a guide and may contain errors or incorrect information. The Auctioneers make NO representation whatsoever with respect to any degree of accuracy as it pertains to the year of manufacture, odometer and/or hour meter that may be indicated on any lot. NO sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots. 4. Invoices and clerking: 4.1 Invoicing: Invoices will be created within 24 hours after the auction close. Our invoices will include item quantity and description, detailed breakdown of payment (Total extended price, Buyer Premium, Tax, and Invoice total). 4.2 All our invoices will include a 15% buyer premium auction fee, and 13% sales tax. 4.3 Shipping fees will be covered by the bidder, and costs will be added to the invoice for those who request shipping. 5. Payment: 5.1 Payment is due within 24 hours after auction close. If the card on file is declined, it will be your responsibility to remit payment and clear the outstanding balance, otherwise your items have a high potential of being considered abandoned, and a very high risk of getting blocked from bidding with R&B Canada Auctions. 5.2 E transfers payment could be made via E-transfer, and should be sent to randbcanada@gmail.com Please include your invoice number so we can know this payment is for the specific invoice. No in person payments will be accepted. 6. Pick up / hold: 6.1 Pick up times will always be the following week of the auction Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM. Please bring your valid ID (ie. Drivers license) to pickup your items. If you cannot make it during these times, please email us immediately to arrange alternative pick up. 6.2 Authorization for 3rd party pick up, if you are not able to pick up your items, you will have to send us an email to randbcanada@gmail.com to authorize the person picking up on your behalf. We will not release products to anyone other than the name on the invoice, and the authorized person. 6.3 Hold up to 1 week due to the limited shelf space, we are only able to hold your items up to 1 week after pick-up week. After hold period is completed, your items are then considered abandoned. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND GIVEN & ITEMS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER HOLD PERIOD IS DONE. 6.4 For any missing item/lot during pick up, we will contact you by Friday, to inform you if we have found the item/lot. If the item/lot is still not found, we will offer a credit/refund. 7. Shipping: 7.1 Shipping is available upon request, please ensure an email is sent to randbcanada@gmail.com to confirm your mailing address. Please note the bidder will cover cost of shipping and ensure mailing address on file with HIBID is accurate. This is the responsibility of the bidder at the time of registration for the auction. 8. Returns: 8.1 All items are FINAL SALE once purchased. 8.2 Any item described as "Demo Model" may have some minor damages, fluids in the engine block (i.e., gas, oil, etc...), grass clippings or usage markings suggesting they were used to demonstrate. Any condition issues arising from pieces detailed as "Demo Model" are not subject to refund and are sold "as-is". 9. Abandonment: 9.1 The one week timeline will provide our valued customers with limited time to pick up their won items. To make this clear, if the Auction ends on Sunday night, you will have up until the following Friday to arrange pick up, any time past that, without any communication from the customer, the items will be considered abandoned and no refund/credit will be provided. 9.2 Making arrangements we understand that situations occur on a daily basis that could conflict with the pick up times and time line, and the only way we can accommodate any of that, is by sending us an email to randbcanada@gmail.com informing us that you will not be able to make it, and that you would need to make alternative arrangements. Once you have communicated with us, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request, within reason. 10. Fraud Prevention: 10.1 To prevent Fraud any invoice over $300 CAD, the customer will need to provide a valid Photo ID with the current address, and the credit card used to make the payment before pickup of your items. This information must match what is on the invoice, otherwise R&B Canada will not be able to release the products to the customer. 11. Miscellaneous: R&B Canada Auctions will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save R&B Canada Auctions the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of R&B Canada Inc. or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
