Lotz Club – Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding with Lotz Club.
1. Item Condition & Inspection
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Lotz Club does not guarantee product descriptions, condition accuracy, completeness, or functionality. All sales are final.
We classify item conditions as follows:
A: Open box, like-new or minimally used, fully functional.
B: Lightly used, fully functional, minor cosmetic wear.
C: Moderate wear, may have cosmetic imperfections, tested working.
D: Heavily used or cosmetic damage, but tested functional.
F (Missing Parts): Item may be functional but missing parts or accessories.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the condition grade listed before bidding. We highly recommend inspecting items in person prior to purchase.
A test area is available at our pickup location for customers to inspect and verify items before taking them. Once an item has been picked up, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Pickup Policy
All items must be picked up within 14 calendar days after the auction closes.
Pickup Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Items not picked up within 14 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated, disposed of, or relisted without notice or refund.
No refunds will be issued for discrepancies or issues raised after the pickup deadline.
3. Payment & Fees
All winning bids are subject to the following additional charges:
15% Buyer’s Premium
8.25% Texas Sales Tax
Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. All registered cards will be charged automatically unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5. General Disclaimers
All item descriptions, photos, and labels are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
6. Tax Exam
Business buyers seeking tax exemption must email a valid Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate to **[support@lotzclub.com](mailto:support@lotzclub.com)** after placing a bid in order to receive the exemption.
Buyers are solely responsible for verifying condition, contents, and completeness of each item.
Lotz Club staff may assist with loading but is not liable for damage or injury during item removal.
