All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. There will be an 18% buyers premium on all purchases. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate. We accept cash and Zelle with a 3% Buyers Premium discount. Please notify Jason before the close of the auction if you wish to pay with any means other than the card on file. Once auction closes all winning bidders cards will be charged that have not contacted prior to last item closing. All items must be paid for on pick-up day If you choose to pay by any means other than the card on file. Building must be emptied on pick up day. You will need to bring help for loading as there are very heavy items in this auction. Storage fees of $10 per item per day will apply to all items not picked up on time. If you need shipping please refer to the terms under the shipping tab. There are items in this auction of excessive weight that we will not ship. There are handling fees charged by the auctioneer, as well as shipping fees which will be billed to you separately by the shipper. Failure to respond to the shipper for payment will result in additional charges of $25 per day to the card on file. Please notify Jason before auction closing if you need shipping. You will be charged additional handling fees if we are not notified of the need for shipping prior to the auction closing. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction you agree that all sales are final and that there will be no disputes or chargebacks on your purchase made with a credit or debit card or any other form of currency. All firearms transfers will be ran through our FFL who will be on site on 8/22. There will be a $20 fee per gun payable to the FFL. If you need guns shipped the FFL will handle that and will charge the $20 transfer fee, materials and handling plus actual shipping charges separately also payable to the FFL. Firearms will not be charged handling fees by the auctioneer. If you know you will not pass the background check for the firearms transfer we ask that you refrain from bidding on them.
