By registering for and participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms:
1. bidding and failing to pickup items will result in automatic block of accounts
If you win the lot, it will show up as won. If you see " May have won" that means the reserve was not met, and the bid will be reviewed.
Cash Buyers:
To pay with cash, select this option on the pickup scheduling page. Misuse of this option may result in suspension of this privilege. Unpaid settlements after four business days will be voided, potentially impacting future bidding privileges.
Pickups:
Items can be paid for and picked up only after the auction concludes. Pickup is by appointment only, scheduled via the link in your settlement email. If you have any issues scheduling your pickup, email carlos@advantageliquidation.com for assistance.

Deadline: Items not picked up within 7 days of the auction ending will be considered abandoned and disposed of without a refund. Contact carlos@advantageliquidation.com for special arrangements.
No Shipping:
This auction is for local or regional bidders only. Out-of-state registrations may be declined. Shop Smart Liquidation does not assist with securing items outside your vehicle due to insurance policies but can help move items to your vehicle.

All items are sold “as-is.” We make every effort to verify item conditions and ensure they are New or in Good Working Order.
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

II. only bid if you are sure you want the item with the condtion stated, you may call or email us prior to the auction closing for any specfici questions, we are unable to answer questions during the auction closing
III. all items are sold as is, we take the time to check and accurately described each and every item.
IV. Should an item not match the description stated you have only 7 DAYS to contact us about it, after that we can not do anything.
V . All dicrepancy will be given credits towards future invoices,NO REFUNDS
VI. All items described as open box/customer returns are sold as is at the buyers risk, These items may or may not have issues, just too tedious to thoroughly check
VII. We ask that you pick up your items during our pickup window, if you can not then we will have to start charging a $25 per day storage fee.
