1. General Terms | By registering to bid in this auction, the bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms posted on the auction platform. These terms are legally binding and enforceable under applicable state and federal law.
2. Registration | All bidders must be at least 18 years of age and complete the registration process with valid contact information. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or revoke any registration at its discretion.
3. Property Condition and Inspections | All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items (physically or via photos/descriptions) before bidding. The auctioneer makes no representations regarding condition, authenticity, provenance, or completeness of any item.
4. Bidding Process | Bidding increments are set by the auctioneer and may change during the auction. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at its discretion and to settle any bidding disputes. In the event of a tie or technical error, the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
5. Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final bid price. There will be no sales tax added.
6. Payment Terms | Full payment is due no later than 30 days after auction closes. A purchase and sale agreement will be signed by the buyer and seller with all terms associated with purchase.
7. Buyer agrees to deliver the higher of $5,000 or 10% of gross sales price to Professional Real Estate Group. All terms of said trust money are in the purchase and sale agreement.
8. Technology Disclaimer | The auction company is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or errors that may disrupt bidding.
9. Bidder Agreement | By registering and bidding, you accept all terms and conditions set forth by Professional Real Estate Group Auction Division.
