Description
Welcome to beautiful Kirksville, MO for our last contracted estate sale featuring the sale of personal belongings of life-long Kirksville residents, Glen (Dub) & Elaine Novinger. After living in the same home for over 60 years, the Novingers are downsizing and offering a wide variety of neat items for sale. Living through several periods of time, you'll find a variety of items ranging from antique primitives, to charming MCM furniture & decor, to modern kitchen & household items. In this auction, you'll find three different queen size beds, an antique desk from the city hall in Bevier, MO, a beautiful Bassett brand couch in excellent condition, several end tables, coffee tables, and other furniture items. Also highlighted are a nice Dazey butter churn, collectible glassware & kitchen items, Griswold cast iron skillets, a Schlitz beer cooler, several tools & shop related items, and SO MUCH MORE! The family has also included a very reliable 2006 Toyota Highlander in the sale. (All details for the vehicle are included in the lot description.) NOTE: All items must be picked up at the sale location in Kirksville, MO during the posted pickup times. Shipping & freight options will be available at the buyer's expense. Smaller items can be delivered to the auction house in Edina for pickup.
Bidding Close: When our auction begins to close, five items will be scheduled to end every minute. Two minutes will be extended to an item's closing time if any bidding activity occurs on an item within the last two minutes. The bidding time will continue to extend until the item does not have a bid placed for two minutes. Payment: We accept cash, check, or credit-card (3.8% charge, plus $0.30 under $50). A valid credit card is required to bid using the HiBid software, but will not be charged for the invoice total unless requested or the buyer fails to meet our auction terms. Any checks that do not clear will be charged a $25 fee and the card on file will be charged instead. Shipping: Please visit www.goldenroseauctions.com/shipping to request shipping on won lots. Our shipping terms can also be found on the Shipping/Pick up tab. We WILL NOT ship any item without written correspondance or a completed online shipping form. Pickup: Scheduled pickup times will occur following each auction. We ask that buyers pickup their items during this window. If this window does not work for you, please contact Golden Rose Auctions to schedule a different pickup time. If items are not picked up without communication by the end of the official pickup dates, the card on file may be charged for the invoice. Golden Rose Auctions reserves the right to charge a $10 storage fee if items are not picked up within one week of the auction close. If items are not picked up within 30 days of the auction conclusion, the items become the property of Golden Rose Auctions. If you fail to pickup without communication and the credit card on file is declined, items will immedietly be resold by Golden Rose Auctions and the buyer will be permanetly banned from bidding. By bidding in our online auctions, you are accepting the item to be as-is, where-is. We try our best to mention any flaws or working capabilites of each lot. Additional photos and descriptions are available for lots to help determine condition. By placing a bid, you are signifying acceptance of its current condition and are contracted to purchase the item should that bid be realized as the winning bid.

Payment Terms
Payment: We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash-App, PayPal or credit-card (3.8% charge, plus $0.30 under $50). A valid credit card is required to bid using the HiBid software, but will not be charged for the invoice total unless requested or the buyer fails to meet our auction terms. Any checks that do not clear will be charged a $25 fee and the card on file will be charged instead. Venmo and PayPal offer buyer protection when paying for good/services. Please add an additional 4% fee when payment is sent using these methods. The credit card on file will be used to collect the additional 4% if it is not included in the original goods/services payment. You are welcome to use the friends/family option on either for no additional charge.
Shipping: We offer two shipping options; in-house affordable shipping and out-serviced professional shipping. Visit www.goldenroseauctions.com/shipping to complete the shipping form and select you preferred shipping method. In-house shipping consists of the actual shipping cost, plus a $5 per box handling fee. Standard insurance will be included, more can be purchased upon request. We will package carefully, but we offer no guarentee outside of included insurance. Buyer will be responsible for any insurance claims. NOTE: We prioritize in-houes pickup. Our goal is to ship the Friday following the auction close, but it may take up to a week to process shipping requests. For professional shipping, the rates & handling fees are determined by the shipping company. The closest professional shipping company is an hour from Edina, so please be aware of possible delays of the items being delivered to the professional shipper. NOTE: If several breakable items are won, we reserve the right to automatically default to professional shipping. Pickup: Scheduled pickup times will occur following each auction. We ask that buyers pickup their items during this window. If this window does not work for you, please contact Golden Rose Auctions to schedule a different pickup time. If items are not picked up without communication following the conclusion of scheduled pickup times, the credit card on file will be charged. We reserve the right to add a $10 storage fee for any item not picked up within one week of auction close. If items are not picked up within 30 days of the auction conclusion, the items become the property of Golden Rose Auctions. If items are not picked up during pickup AND the credit card on file is declined, Golden Rose Auctions immedietly reserves the right to resell the items.
