The sellers, no one acting on their behalf, or Southern Nest Auction Staff will be bidding to increase the bid, or to "protect" items. Individual members of an estate may legally bid to purchase items. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid of each lot to determine the sale price. Per Kentucky Law, the 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added to the final sales price, including the buyer's premium.
Southern Nest Auctioneers and Staff reserve the right to bid on items, but will be doing so as individuals, and NOT to protect items or for the purpose of increasing the final sales price. Everyone loves Southern Nest Auctions, including Southern Nest Staff.

ALL ITEMS WON MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP ON THURSDAY, October 9, 2025 (between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm CST) at Southern Nest Auction Center 177 Old Burkesville Loop, Columbia, Ky 42728. ***Items not picked up on designated pick up day, Thursday, October 9, 2025, will be paid for with the credit card you have provided and a $5.00 late fee will be applied. Any items not picked up by the following Monday, will be donated or discarded. We do not have the space to store items.
