NOTE: we can SOMETIMES make special arrangements for pick up outside of these times for a minimum fee of $15. Shipping Information: $9.00 Flat Rate for items under 16oz that fit in a padded envelope or small box and require no special packing or insurance (Must Qualify for First Class Mail). For larger items, handling fees range from $5 to $25, based on the quantity and weight of items. Shipping fees are determined after packaging. Shipping may take up to 10 business days. After shipping is determined, you will receive an invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, items are considered abandoned. For large or non-shippable items, we recommend contacting Cliff at All In One Moving and Logistics (972-822-4464). Pick-Up Requirements: Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items. For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping. Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility. The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up. Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required. Items are considered abandoned when not picked up during the posted pick-up window or after 7 days of non-payment after shipping payment is requested. Shipping must be requested before the posted pick-up time. We can SOMETIMES make special accommodations for pick up but a MINIMUM fee of $15 will apply. Auction Terms & Conditions – Junk In The Trunk DFW All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, usefulness, value, or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise to the best of our ability and often rely on information provided by consignors. Though all descriptions are believed to be accurate, neither Junk In The Trunk DFW nor the seller makes any warranties or guarantees. We shall not be held responsible for any error in description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition. We do not fully inspect every item. All buyers are strongly encouraged to attend preview/inspection periods prior to bidding. Stock photos are for item identification only. No allowance, refund, or return will be made on account of any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any buyer discrepancies must be reported at the seller's physical location at the time of removal. No exceptions. There will be no chargebacks, stop payments, or refunds. Junk In The Trunk DFW or property owner shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on premises during pickup or preview. Buyer's Premium A buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each item. This fee may range from 15% to 25%, depending on the auction. The exact premium will be specified in each auction's listing. Payment We accept most major credit/debit cards and cash with pre-approval. No checks or cashier's checks are accepted. All credit card and cash payments are processed directly by Junk In The Trunk DFW. By registering for any auction, you authorize us to charge your card on file for purchases, taxes, buyer’s premiums, and any applicable fees. Chargeback & Abandonment Policy By registering and bidding in our auctions, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for items won. You acknowledge and authorize Junk In The Trunk DFW to charge your card on file for winning bids and related fees. If you fail to pick up items during the designated time, they will be considered abandoned. An abandonment fee of $25 per lot will be charged to your card. No refunds will be made for forfeited items. We do not have space to store items. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide documentation including your signed registration, bidding history, invoices, pickup instructions, and these terms. Pickup Policy All items must be picked up during the dates and times posted for the auction. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of items and a $25 per lot abandonment/disposal fee. Junk In The Trunk DFW will determine whether an extenuating circumstance qualifies for a pickup exception. Do not bid unless you are able to retrieve your items as scheduled. Repeat violations may result in removal from future auctions. Buyers must bring sufficient manpower and packing supplies to remove and protect their purchases and other property at pick up location. We do not provide packing materials or loading assistance. Shipping Policy Some items are available for shipping. A minimum $5 handling fee per lot will be added to the actual shipping cost. Large items and furniture are not eligible for shipping. Please email Junk@JunkInTheTrunkDFW.com before bidding to request a shipping estimate. Include the lot number, auction title, and your full shipping address. This includes names, emails, phone numbers, and payment details. All information is securely stored and used only for auction-related purposes. Some auctions may be hosted on third-party platforms (such as HiBid), which have their own privacy terms. Data is retained only as long as necessary to comply with legal or business requirements.
