Tall Pines Cattle Corporation has commissioned United country Dicks Realty to dispose of both its Real and Personal property assets located in Columbia County, Florida . This Auction will be held online and in-person. Online bidding can be done at Hibid.com or dicksrealty.com. In person bidding begins October 11, 2025 at 9:00 am or as soon thereafter as possible. TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS: 1. The property will offered for sale via a Public "online-bidding process" (online auction) with the bidding ending with both live and online bids on October 11, 2025. Lots will begin to close at 9:00 AM in the order the auctioneer chooses. 2. The property will be sold subject to seller's confirmation (sells with reserve) 3. Property sells As-Is with no warranties expressed or implied. 4. The auction is subject to prior sale. 5. The list price ($) is provided solely for filtering and opening bid purposes. 6. Interested buyers are required to review and sign the Terms and Conditions, Agency Disclosure, Fair Housing and Bidder registration form. 7. The sellers reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time prior to the final bid closing. 8. Buyers premium ** For personal Property, a 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid and charged to the buyer, the final bid price plus the 10% buyer's premium will establish the final sales price. For Real Estate, an 8% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid and charged to the buyer, the final bid price plus the 8% buyer's premium will establish the final sales price. A $350.00 closing fee shall be assessed by the closing attorney for real estate lots. Title shall be transferred free and clear of any encumbrances. Seller will be providing title insurance and will pay documentary stamp taxes on the deed. 9. Credit Cards will be accepted at a buyers request but are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Lots over $7,000.00 may have a 25% deposit placed on the day of sale and the remaining balance paid no later than Tuesday, October 14, 2025. 10.
