We will need your sales tax exemption form filled out or a retail merchant certificate on file prior to bidding to be tax exempt or else you will be charged the sales tax on your invoice. Items must be picked up the day of the auciton unless other arrangements have been made prior. Vehicle titles will be retained by the auction company until payment is cleared. Titles will then be mailed out no later than two weeks after the auction date. A $25 title transfer fee will be charged to the buyer of the vehicle. If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its’ auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder.
