Auction Terms & Conditions
1. Registration
All bidders must register and be approved by the auctioneer prior to bidding.
Bidders must provide valid contact information and a credit card for verification.
Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bidder or bid at its sole discretion.
2. Bidding
All bids are final and binding. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item at the bid amount plus applicable fees.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any lot at any time.
AuctionFlex and affiliated platforms do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free bidding.
3. Buyer's Premium and Taxes
A buyer’s premium (typically 15%) will be added to the final hammer price of each item.
Sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to the auction.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 48 hrs within receiving Final Settlement Statement
Accepted payment methods: Credit, PayPal Cash or Check at Pick-up
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale and banning from future auctions.
5. Item Descriptions & Condition
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items or asking questions before bidding.
6. Pickup & Shipping
Items must be picked up within during Pick Up Times & Hours. Invoice will include exact location. Storage fees may apply for late pickups.
Shipping is available on select items at the buyer's expense. Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping availability.
The auctioneer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
7. Default & Disputes
Non-paying bidders may be subject to legal action and blocked from future auctions.
In case of a dispute, the auctioneer’s decision is final.
8. Technology Disclaimer
Bidders acknowledge that the auction is conducted electronically and may be subject to internet service disruptions. Auctioneer is not liable for technical difficulties or lost bids.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
