1. This “online only” auction uses the HiBid platform. You must create a HiBid account before you can register to bid on a specific auction. New registrations can be created by going to our website www.linneburauctions.com and then clicking on "Login/New Bidder" to the right of our logo.
2. You MUST register for a bidder number to bid online, including those who have permanent bidder numbers for our on-site auctions. Click on the "Register to Bid" tab and follow the directions. A valid credit card is required to obtain a bidder number. A $1.00 charge will be placed on your card for validation purposes only. This charge will be credited back to you. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved and you will then be able to place bids.
3. Preliminary bidding on lots will take place from 8 a.m. MST 08/16/2025 and continue to 6 p.m. MST 9/2/2025. Beginning at 6 p.m. MST, lots will begin to close in sale order, one lot every 20-30 seconds. This auction has a one-minute soft close in place, meaning lots will remain open for bidding until one minute has spanned with no bids, then the lot will officially close. It is IMPORTANT to understand that lots 2..3..4..etc could close before lot 1, if bidding is still present on lot 1 but has ceased on 2..3..4..etc. PLEASE CALL STEPHEN @765-202-3703 with any questions you may have concerning the bidding process.
4. Online bid submissions are a legal binding contract, in which you agree to pay the amount you bid if you are the winning bidder. Under no circumstances will bids be edited/cancelled. DO NOT bid if you DO NOT intend to purchase.
5. Upon completion of the sale, you will receive an electronic invoice identifying lot(s) purchased and balance due.
6. Auction Payment: No Buyers Premium or Credit Card Fees! All items MUST be paid for prior to pick up (no one will be at sale site upon pick up to accept payment). Payment options are credit card or wired funds. If wanting to pay by cash/ck, you must call Alice at 303-549-6552 to schedule arrangements to meet at 670 S. Tenney St - Linnebur Auctions prior to pick up. All purchases over $10,000 MUST be wired payment, no exception. 3.75% sales tax will be collected on all sales (exception of Titled Vehicles/Trls & Farm Exempt Items). If purchasing for resale, we must have a copy of your tax license on file. Please contact Alice 303-549-6552 for more info on tax license and wiring instructions. NOTE: The credit card you enter at the time of registration IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SALE. Winning bidders are required to notify the auction company within 24 hours of purchase(s) with payment intentions. If payment arrangements HAVE NOT been made within 24 hours of auction close, your purchase(s) will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge the cards on file for all non-paying bidders and they will be reported to HiBid.
7. AUCTION PICK UP: Auction location: 41460 CO-36, Bennett, CO 80102. We have scheduled Friday Sept 5th; Saturday Sept 6th; & Sunday Sept 7th (all days 8 am to 4 pm) as pick up dates/times. If the scheduled pick up times DO NOT work for you, please contact us PRIOR to placing bids to ensure we can accommodate you.
8. Purchases not removed by Sunday Sept 7th, 2025 without previous communication with us, will be considered abandoned and become property of the auction company.
9. NO SHIPPING OFFERED ON THIS AUCTION.
