This includes brand new, open box, and customer-returned merchandise. Items are sold AS IS No warranties or guarantees Packaging may be damaged or show signs of handling 2. Bidding Rules All bids are final – no cancellations Bidding is a binding agreement. Pickup Instructions No shipping unless explicitly stated — local pickup only Pickup Address: 3545 Platinum Dr, Mississauga, ON L5M 0Y7 Pickup Time: Saturday only, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST Bring with you: Valid photo ID Your Bidcard # or last 4 digits of your invoice (check your email & spam folder) Important Notes: Bring help, tools, or equipment as needed DIG N BID staff will not assist in lifting or loading items Please inspect your items before leaving — no returns accepted after pickup Late Pickup Policy: A $25 late pickup fee applies if items are not collected on the designated pickup day (the Saturday following auction close). Items not picked up by 2:00 PM that day will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory for resale. No refunds. 6. Fees & Taxes 15% buyer’s premium applies to all items $1.50 handling fee per invoice HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is charged where applicable 7. Returns & Missing Items All sales are final — no returns or exchanges Refunds issued only for major misrepresentation, at our discretion To request a return, email info@dignbid.com within 24 hours of pickup Items must be returned by the following Saturday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility For missing items, the maximum refund is the item’s paid value 8. Outbid Notices & Soft Close You may receive outbid alerts until the final 2 hours of the auction DIG N BID uses a soft close: if a bid is placed near the end, the timer extends 9. Technical Issues If HiBid experiences a platform issue, we may extend or reopen the auction for up to 24 hours. Wanas Trading Inc. DBA DIG N BID is not responsible for missed bids due to connectivity or website issues. 10. Pickup Liability Disclaimer Pickup takes place at a private self-storage facility. DIG N BID, Wanas Trading Inc., and the facility are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during pickup. Entry is at your own risk. 11. Customer Data DIG N BID does not collect or store your personal data from HiBid. By registering, you agree to receive email updates about future auctions and offers. 12. Reserve Prices Most items are NO RESERVE. If reserves are used, they are not disclosed in advance. Reserves may be added, removed, or adjusted at any time at the discretion of Wanas Trading Inc. 13.
