MilkyWay Auctions HURST – Terms & Conditions
By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Whether this is your first time bidding or you're a returning customer, please review the following important information before participating in our auction:
Payments
Immediately after the closing of each auction, we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include an 18% buyer’s premium and Texas state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice from noreply@mail.auctionflex.com. If you do not receive it, please check your junk/spam folder.
HiBid allows you to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction, you can select the card you would like charged.
Pickups & Scheduling
Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has ended and invoices are created, you will receive a copy via email and a text message notification if you are a winning bidder — typically about one hour after auction close.
Pickup is available for 3 days post-auction, Thursday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday at 4:00 PM is the final pickup deadline.

Items not picked up by Saturday at 4:00 PM (3 days after auction end) will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal or resale without refund. Late pickups or item holds are not offered due to limited warehouse space.
Refunds & Returns
All items are sold in as-is condition.
MilkyWay Auctions HURST does not accept returns or provide refunds. Please ensure you are bidding on the correct size, model, color, or item type.

Due to increasing instances of out-of-state consumer fraud, we do not offer shipping under any circumstances.
New out-of-state registrations will be automatically declined. This auction is for local bidders only, or those who can pick up in person.
Liability for Removal
Buyers are responsible for the removal of their purchases. While our team can assist in moving items from inside the auction house to your vehicle, we cannot help strap down or secure items on the exterior due to insurance policy limitations.
Item Conditions
MilkyWay Auctions HURST does not control what inventory is sent to us. Our team does their best to visually inspect and test items for functionality when possible, but not all items can be tested. Conditions are noted to the best of our ability.
Email & Text Policy
MilkyWay Auctions HURST does not currently use text alerts or SMS marketing. You will receive your invoice and winning bidder notifications via email only.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from HiBid, you may manage your preferences directly within your HiBid account.
