Terms and Conditions – Auction Participation
Welcome to our auction. By registering to bid or attending in person or online, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Buyer Responsibility
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
Buyers are responsible for personally inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos, and information provided are for reference only and not guaranteed to be accurate.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
2. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full within the specified timeframe (typically by close of business the next business day).
We accept cash, wire transfer, certified funds, or approved checks. Credit card fees may apply.
Sales tax applies where required by law unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided.
3. Bidding & Registration
All bidders must register and be approved before bidding. We reserve the right to refuse any bidder at our discretion.
Placing a bid constitutes a binding contract. You are legally obligated to pay for any item for which you are the successful bidder.
Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or to withdraw items at any time.
4. Online Bidding
Online bidders are subject to internet service and technology risks. We are not responsible for any missed or failed bids due to system delays or outages.
Online bidders may be required to provide additional verification for bidding approval.
5. Buyer's Premium & Fees
A buyer’s premium may apply to all purchases and will be added to the final bid price. The rate will be announced prior to the auction or listed online.
Additional fees, such as online bidding platform fees, may also apply.
6. Pickup & Removal
Buyers are responsible for removal and transportation of their purchases.
Items must be picked up by the stated deadline or they may be considered abandoned and resold.
Buyers must bring appropriate equipment and personnel to safely remove purchases.
7. Title & Ownership
Title to items passes to the buyer once payment is received in full.
No item will be released without proof of payment.
8. Disputes & Announcements
The auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of a dispute.
Announcements made on the day of sale or posted on the online platform supersede all prior printed material or verbal statements.
9. Liability
All persons attending the auction do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property on or off-site.
We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from your participation in the auction.
10. Consent
By participating in the auction, you agree to receive communications regarding this and future sales.
