The Following Terms and Conditions Apply: 1. All Goods Sold "As Is, Where Is", All Purchases will be Final. 2. This is an Online Timed Auction Only. 3. Once The Highest Bidder has been Awarded the Final Sale, the Bidder is Responsible for Payment within the Prescribed Payment Terms. 4. All Payments Can Be Processed by Credit Cards Following Closing of the Sale. 5. A Buyers Premium of 18% will be Applied to all Final Bid Prices. 6. All Purchases Must be Picked up by the Purchaser in the Advertised Prescribed Period Following the Sale. 7. Shipping will only be Allowed if Advertised as Offered on the Particular Sale, the Shipping Fees will be Actual Costs Plus a Handling Fee. 8. All Goods Not Picked Up During the Prescribed Pickup Period Following the Auction, Will be Considered Abandoned and Will Be Disposed of at the Seller's Discretion and Disposal Costs if Applicable will Be Charged to the Buyer. For Currency Auctions, all items not picked up at the end of the advertised pickup period following the auction, will be automatically shipped and charged to the credit card on file. 9.
