The initial registration for bidder verification only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. All bidders must register for a USERNAME and PASSWORD. Payments for purchases will be made to Moss Auction Team, LLC. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer(s) must ensure that they properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each bidding session they conduct. Moss Auction Team, LLC cannot, and will not, be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You must be of legal age (18 years) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. Moss Auction Team, LLC reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time.
On the last day of the auction, items will close every 10 seconds starting at 5:30 PM Central. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 3 minutes. You cannot be "sniped" as on eBay. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to the buyer(s) to follow the bidding. By bidding in this auction, buyer understands that they are in agreement with the rules and regulations of this auction and have no recourse. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with the Auction Company to purchase the particular item(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Auction.
Payment will be paid to Moss Auction Team via credit card, cash, check, wire-transfer or bank cashier's check. All purchases of $200 or more will require payment through cash, check, wire-transfer or bank cashier's check. Credit card purchases will have a 4% convenience fee added. Buyer(s) may pay at pick-up with cash, check or bank cashier's check. Buyer(s) specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. To make payment at pick-up, please notify Moss Auction Team immediately at the close of this Online-Only Auction. Credit Cards will be charged on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
All items are being sold in "as is, where is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warranty. Make sure you understand the condition of an item before you bid. Each potential buyer is responsible for conducting his or her own independent inspections, investigations and due diligence concerning the items in this auction. No liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the Seller or the Auction Company. Bidders should keep in mind, the items in this auction are in used condition unless otherwise stated. We have described these items to the best of our ability. Bidders should expect some wear, scratches, dents, etc. that cannot be seen in the pictures.

Make sure to bring tools, necessary personnel & any equipment you will need to remove your items. All items must be removed by Friday, August 8, 2025. A 5% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids will be charged to all buyers on this online only auction to help defray the cost of making these items available for you to bid from your home, on your own time frame. In the event of a disagreement of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Edgar County, Illinois. If there are habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from all future auctions.

Once you place a bid, you are electronically signing and consenting that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement completely and without exception.
