Registration All bidders must register before participating. Registration constitutes agreement to all auction terms and conditions. Property Condition All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, defects, and imperfections. Buyers accept the condition of items as they exist at the time of purchase. No warranties are expressed or implied by the auctioneer or seller. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. 3. Item Inspection Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items during designated preview times. While descriptions and photographs are provided for convenience, it is the bidder's responsibility to verify the condition, authenticity, and suitability of all items prior to bidding. 4. Bidding By placing a bid, bidders signify that they have inspected the item(s) to their satisfaction or have chosen to waive the right to inspection. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at their sole discretion. 5. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax A 13% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid of each item. An 8% sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is on file prior to bidding. 6. Payment & Invoicing A nonrefundable deposit of up to $2,000 will be charged for items won at the conclusion of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the scheduled pick-up day. Accepted payment methods and instructions will be provided with the invoice. 7. Item Removal All purchases must be removed by the designated pick-up deadline. Failure to remove items by the deadline may result in the items being deemed abandoned property, subject to resale or disposal at the auctioneer's discretion, with no refund to the original buyer. 8. Transportation & Shipping Buyers are solely responsible for transportation and removal of their items. No Shipping Available 9. Auctioneer's Authority The auctioneer's decisions regarding bidding, dispute resolution, and item withdrawal are final and binding.
