Registration All bidders must register to bid on items with Wieman Land & Auction. New customers may be asked to send the auction company a letter of credit to be approved to bid. Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to remove a bidder for violations of the terms and conditions. All Equipment is sold in "AS IS" condition All auction items are being sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Any description given by Wieman Land & Auction or the seller is not guaranteed.

The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, etc. will be allowed. The best inspection of equipment is to be done personally by you, the buyer. Once listed, all items are available for auction only and not subject to prior sale. Auction End Times WiemanBid2Buy.com online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. All items have an auto extended bid feature. Any bid placed in the final 1 minutes of close will automatically extend the bidding 60 seconds until no bid is place in the allotted time.
Photos: All pictures of items are to be used only as a guide. Pictures may not always display every major nor minor flaw in condition. In order to make the best determination of condition, we encourage you to personally inspect the items.
Sales Tax: All applicable sales taxes apply to non-titled purchases. South Dakota has a sales tax rate of 4.2%. Wieman Land & Auction does NOT charge a buyer's premium on purchases from this wiemanbid2buy.com timed auction. Each auction may be different.
Payments: A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for within the posted payment and pickup times. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action.
Removal of Purchase: All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). All items must be removed within 2 weeks or may be subject to storage charges. The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase. Loading assistance will be available. Items must be picked up in 30 days or will be subject to be resold.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the auction server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close the bidding at any time. Neither Wieman Land & Auction nor the sellers will be responsible for a missed bid. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information by Wieman Land & Auction as deemed necessary.
